6. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the images you upload and compress using our service. We do not claim any ownership or rights to your content. The service itself, including its design, functionality, and underlying technology, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You grant us a limited, temporary license to process your uploaded files solely for the purpose of providing the compression service. This license expires when your files are automatically deleted from our servers.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Important: While we use advanced compression algorithms, we recommend keeping backups of your original files. We are not responsible for any loss of data or quality issues, though our lossless compression is designed to maintain perfect image quality.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
